SPLASH Priority areas for 2009-2010
- Extending Diversionary, Educational and Health projects for children and young people through a focused Youth programme;
- Promoting a wide range of Healthy Living Programmes for people of all ages;
- Building the skills, knowledge and capacity of local residents and tenants to create better opportunities for them in terms of jobs, life skills and further education;
- Promoting Estate Partnership work with Tower Hamlets Homes;
- Promoting harmony and cultural appreciation;
- Strengthening our partnership work with LBTH; the PCT; Tower Hamlets College; Local Area Partnerships 7 & 8, Safer Neighbourhood Teams, and local Voluntary, Statutory and Business groups.

Art Workshop on Estates and in 3 Primary Schools; Art Project in St. Matthias Community Centre all year round; Art Projects with Special Needs Children
- SPLASH PLAY Project: Mohima Kamaly
Play centred Activities based in St. Matthias Centre and in Local Primary Schools and Estates; Girls only Club.
